When does our time in the limo start?
Your time starts when we pick you up and ends when we drop you off, there is no travel time or garage time.
Are there any hidden fees or charges?
No. We do not charge for gas or mileage. During the time you have the car you are able to go anywhere you would like. There is no limit to the number of stops you can make or number of pick ups.
When should I reserve the limo?
We suggest reserving your limo as soon as you are ready and set with your plans. If you especially have your heart set on a certain car I would reserve as soon as possible to ensure that you get the car that you want and no one else can take the car you want. Cars do book up faster for Weddings and Proms, so please book in advance.
How do I reserve the Limo?
You may go about reserving the Limo in serveral ways, you can call us anytime to reserve over the phone and put your deposit down over the phone via credit card ( we accept all major credit cards ), you may send a check, or you may come in to our office and pay cash or any of the other forms of payment listed previously. It is 25% down to reserve which is non-refundable and the rest of the balance is due 14 days prior to your event.

What is included with my rental?
We provide all ice and glasses for you, you may bring anything along with you including additional beverages, food, and so on.
Are the pictures on the website the limo I'm going to get?
Yes, all the pictures on the website are actual pictures taken of our vehicles. You may also set an appointment any time to come in and view our limos. The limos can be viewed Mon-Friday 10am-6pm and on Saturdays 10-4pm. We suggest calling and making an appointment before you come to ensure that the vehicle you would like to see is there.
What is your cancellation policy?
First we suggest reserving the limo only once your plans are firm and all your people have committed themselves for your date. The 25% deposit is non-refundable and if you need to cancel this deposit cannot be refunded. We encourage those thinking of cancelling to either reschedule their date or find more people to go. Cancelling within 60 days of the reservation the client becomes liable for 50% of the total price. Cancelling within 30 days of the reservation and the client is responsible for 100% of the total price.
