If you are in a prom or wedding party you may want to upgrade to the next bigger size limo. Remember every girl will have a dress on, people will be drinking in a wedding party and might spill on you, people might step on your dress, and generally you will want a little room to move around. Also remember when people are directly next to each other in a limo at maximum capacity everybody tends to get hot. Some of the bigger limos have 3 air conditioning systems for the back of the limo, but even with the air conditioning on hot days with a packed limo and 20+ people it can still be hot.

In the case of a renting a limo for a night out on the town, birthday, or a trip to the bars sometimes putting the maximum amount people is a good thing as you can split up the cost between alot of people.
